1,Is your bottle BPA free?

Main material of our bottle are PP, PETG,Tritan, all are BPA free, we had test report for this.

2,How long is the sample time and delivery time?

If with our existed color sample, we will offer free sample within 3 days, you only need to pay the freight.

If need to do custom logo and products, this will need sample charge, time will be around 7-10 days.

For the production time, if small order qty with our existed color, we will delivery in 7 days, if with cusomize logo ,color and big qty,  this will need around 30 days for mass production.

3,What is the MOQ of our products ?

Generally, we do not have MOQ request.

With our existed color products, it will be ok to offer from small to big qty.

If need to produce custom products color and logo, this will be need MOQ for 1000pcs at least.

And if only for logo print, no MOQ, we can do any qty.

4,Can you arrange customize pacakge ?

Sure, we can do any kind of package way according to client’s requirements.

5,Can you do customized products according to client’s design?

Sure, we had our mold engineer and design department, we can offer our client service container design and mold.

6,How can you ensure the quality?
we check every step from raw material to the finished, one by one to make sure bottles in good quality.
our own inspector will inspected every order in our warehouse before shipped. the passed inspection report will be checked and signed by sales manager, then the goods can be shipped out.

7,What is the payment terms?

Our normal payment term is T/T 30% deposit after order signed and 70% balance before shipment.

but we also accept other payment terms, like LC at sight, west union, paypal and so on.
If you have specific payment request, please tell us, then we could check for you.,

8,Can I visit your factory before order confirmed?

Sure, you are welcome to come to our factory.

9,What kind of certificate do you have?

We had LFGB, FDA , etc. 

And for our factory, we had SMETA audit.
