1. All order shipping details
1) Orders from the United States
Shipment: Generally speaking, it takes us 1 to 2 working days to process the order and load it from the time you place the order.
Lead Time: Starting from the day after shipment, it takes us 6 to 10 working days to deliver the goods to you. The logistics method we use is YunExpress registered air mail.
2) Orders from Europe
Shipment: Generally speaking, it takes us 1 to 2 working days to process the order and load it from the time you place the order.
Lead Time: Starting from the day after shipment, it takes us 8 to 12 working days to deliver the goods to you. The logistics method we use is YunExpress registered air mail.
3) Orders from Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan
Shipment: Generally speaking, it takes us 1 to 2 working days to process the order and load it from the time you place the order.
Lead Time: Starting from the day after shipment, it takes us 8 to 12 working days to deliver the goods to you. The logistics method we use is SF Express.
4) Orders from Asia
Shipment: Generally speaking, it takes us 1 to 2 working days to process the order and load it from the time you place the order.
Lead Time: Starting from the day after shipment, it takes us 6 to 8 working days to deliver the goods to you. The logistics method we use is 4PX registered airmail.
5) Orders from Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Brazil, and Mexico
Shipment: Generally speaking, it takes us 1 to 2 working days to process the order and load it from the time you place the order.
Lead Time: Starting from the day after shipment, it takes us 12 to 15 working days to deliver the goods to you. The logistics method we use is 4PX registered airmail.
Shipping begins when the item leaves the warehouse to when it arrives at the selected delivery destination. We send an email with tracking once your order has shipped.
2. What should I do if the tracking number I receive is not working?
It can take 1-2 business days for the tracking number to be registered and/or scanned in the carrier's system. This could prevent or delay visibility to your shipment, so please try again after waiting a full weekday.
If two business days have passed after you receive your tracking email, and you are still unable to track the order, please for an update to your order status.
3. What can I do if I never receive my order?
Occasionally, packages are lost in transit, delivered to the wrong address, or arrive in separate packages. Packages may also be left with a family member, neighbor, co-worker, or building manager.
NOTE: If an order is 3 days past the estimated delivery date or tracking shows it as delivered, and you never received the order, please to check your order status and inquire about a refund.
4. How do I check the status of my order?
After any order is completed, you will receive an email confirming the purchase. After the order ships, you will receive a second email with tracking information. This information is also available through your online Account Information > Order History.

6. Will items ship on Saturdays?
No. At this time, weekends and holidays are not included.
7. Can I use different "Bill to" and "Ship to" addresses?
If you ship order(s) to an address other than the billing address of your credit/debit card, the order is subject to delays or cancellation. To prevent this, please make sure the settings and contact information of your method of payment are up-to-date when placing your order.
NOTE: The "ship to" address cannot be altered after the order has been shipped.
PLEASE CHECK YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS!Bottled Joy is not responsible to pay for shipping on orders that are returned to us due to wrong/insufficient addresses. All orders that are returned to our warehouse due to an incorrect address will be automatically refunded minus shipping costs paid by Bottled Joy and applicable processing fees. If the order is delivered to an incorrect address that was entered at checkout Bottled Joy is not responsible to re-ship the order. |
