I plugged in my dryer, but it doesn’t appear to be doing anything. Is it broken?
The best way to make sure your dryer is working is to try our dry boot test. Simply place a dry pair of boots onto the dryer and leave for 30 minutes. If the dryer is warm to the touch when you remove the boots, then it is working as it should.
What are the benefits of buying a DryGuy shoe dryer?
Our dryers can be used to dry a variety of footwear, including sneakers, slippers, and gloves. They can also be used to dry perspiration and odor-causing bacteria to prevent mold and bacteria from growing in your boots or shoes.
Can I use any of these dryers outside of the United States?
These dryers are not tested for international use and we do not recommend using them even with an adapter.
The unit is on, but I can barely feel any air coming out. Is this normal?
Yes, the forced air coming out of the unit is extremely gentle. It is not supposed to resemble a hair dryer or leaf blower and may be difficult for some people to detect. We recommend using the back of your hand to feel for the air current.
I only need to dry two garments. Can I seal up the other two dry ports with something to make it dry faster?
This is not necessary. Sealing two ports will not make the other two dry any faster.
